This Week in Nature, 11/10/11

Well, we were all set to have a wonderful birthday celebration to commemorate the 2nd birthday of this club and it went off and had to predict rain for Saturday.   Unfortunately, Penasquitos Canyon closes with rain so we can't even have a rainy, muddy play day. That would have been a blast! The good news is, I rescheduled our birthday hike to Saturday, December 10th. Details below and on the meetup listing...

I don't know about you, but I love the crisp mornings and evenings that fall brings, with warm days in the middle. Not hot, just warm. Days like these beg for adventures... so here are this week's opportunities for you (remember to check listings for details and to rsvp):
